Rebecca made our home buying experience enjoyable, and it was evident how hard she was working for us during a time when the market was “crazy!” Rebecca was extremely responsive, always accommodated our schedules, and answered our many questions at all hours. On the very rare occasion Rebecca was unavailable, another member of the Maple Ave. team would immediately step-in to assist us or take us to a showing. Rebecca was able to find us our dream home, which we got for list price and with contingencies – something nearly unheard of in the current market. In addition to providing excellent, professional service, the Maple Ave. team also treated us as friends. They truly go out of their way to show appreciation to their clients (they also value the communities in which they work which and support other local businesses – amazing!). I would recommend Rebecca or anyone on the Maple Ave. team to everyone I know. We had the most wonderful home buying experience, and if we weren’t already living in our dream house, we would choose them again!
