What an amazing experience with Rebecca Rushforth and the whole team at Maple Avenue Living in selling our home in Northern Virginia this Fall, 2024. We were looking to more quickly on the sale of our home and Rebecca and the team were incredibly fast, energetic, responsive, understanding, and in every way in sync with what we wanted to accomplish every step of the way. Rebecca presented an extraordinarily detailed and comprehensive plan for marketing and selling the home — and followed through on each and every detail with the utmost care, including in the negotiations with the buyer to get to yes. So many things truly stand out that it is difficult to highlight all of them. But in particular, the plan for presentation of the home, including staging an empty home, was thorough, well thought out, and implemented to a T; numerous hours were spent in preparing the house and then holding open houses to showcase it; negotiations with the buyer’s agent were handled professionally and with great skill. And the communication was flawless — we were informed about everything and our input was solicited and implemented immediately at all stages of the process. I suppose if you look hard enough you may find another agent that is as skilled, professional, and knowledgeable as Rebecca and her team. But I can assure you will not find someone as trustworthy, as diligent, as good a listener, as good a communicator, and as extraordinarily friendly and kind as Rebecca. Do yourself a favor and engage her and the team in the sale or purchase of your next home — it will be the best decision you ever make.
