“Stephanie is professional, diplomatic, creative, connected, and communicative. In our case, perhaps the most important attribute has been her resourcefulness. Our finished basement needed a few tweaks to be market-ready. She “had a guy.” Through her connections with a handyman, who was also very connected to subcontractors, we were able to address these items in a matter of days. And … she made contact with her handyman. She did not expect us to contact him and make arrangements. When one of the subcontractors was late to our job, she got in touch with the handyman to find out why there was a delay. The contractor was at our property within 30 minutes. Given the struggles average homeowners are having these days with finding good home repair workers, then getting them to actually do the work in a timely fashion, it was a relief to have had Stephanie managing this process for us.
