“Stephanie is professional, diplomatic, creative, connected, and communicative. In our case, perhaps the most important attribute has been her resourcefulness. Our finished basement needed a few tweaks to be market-ready. She “had a guy.” Through her connections with a handyman, who was also very connected to subcontractors, we were able to address these items in a matter of days.
